Employment Opportunities:

PAACL offers a variety of employment opportunities. We employ approximately 100 staff requiring a variety of qualifications, skills and abilities, however, the overriding qualities in a PAACL employee is a commitment to treat all people with respect, the ability to be empathic, and a desire to assist individuals to obtain the greatest degree of independence they can.

Positions and Qualifications:

	Residential Support Workers, Day program Workers, Semi-Independent Living Workers, and Individual Support Workers require a Community Service Worker Certificate or combination of training and experience.
	Employment Trainers require a Community Service Worker Certificate with experience in marketing and counseling or a combination of training and experience.
	Infant Development and Supported Child Development Consultants require Early Childhood Education and training, experience in social work, counseling or related field.
	Residential Managers and Adult Services Managers require a degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology; courses in management and leadership, or a combination of related training and experience.
	The Secretary/Accountant and Administration Manager require a combination of education, training and experience in areas relative to their disciplines.
	Director Human Resources and Director of Finance require a degree in their related field or a combination of education, training and experience.
	The Executive Director and Director programs require a degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Administration, Commerce or a combination of education, training and experience.
