Community Employment provides assistance to persons with a difference of abilities in achieving their employment goals.
Free Support Services:
- a diverse network of agencies and service providers are ready, willing and able to assist you in hiring and retaining persons with disabilities
- on the job training is provided by an employment trainer
- assist a new employee with familiarizing themselves with any equipment or computers
- the employment trainer will facilitate between the employer and the employee
- assist with adaptations in the work place
- educate existing employees
- input natural supports
- work together to make the relationship a successful one for the employer, the employee, and co-workers

- 90% are rated average or better on job performance than their non-disabled colleagues
